Step into The Common Ground’s 2,300-square-foot shared workspace in downtown Festus, MO, where every corner is designed to suit your needs. As you enter, you’re greeted by a cozy café-style lounge with a coffee shop vibe—think soothing music, a TV, and plenty of tables and chairs for working, studying, or meeting clients. Down the hallway, five furnished private offices line the right side, ready for you to claim on a first-come, first-serve basis each day, while our new Zen Den offers a tranquil space for meditation or quiet work, perfect for a quick reset or client meetings. On the left, you’ll find a shared kitchen area and a spacious conference room filled with tables, chairs, and a large TV for presentations. Two restrooms, including one ADA-compliant, ensure accessibility for all. Through the kitchen, a side door leads to our future patio with picnic tables, where you’ll soon be able to work outside while overlooking Schneider Park, the heart of Festus, MO.

Our conference room is over 15 feet long with 12 chairs, a 75" TV for presentations and a large white board.
Our 900 square foot event space is ready for your parties, events, classes, presentations, gatherings, showers, dinners, etc.
