We know working remotely can feel isolating or chaotic, so we created a space that’s welcoming and flexible. Our large, open front area feels like your favorite coffee shop—perfect for focused work or casual chats. With private offices for calls or clients, a big conference room for presentations, and a kitchen for snacks, we’ve got everything you need to shine. Surrounded by Main Street’s eateries and shops, we’re here to help you work smarter and feel connected.

At The Common Ground in downtown Festus, MO, our $200/month membership (month-to-month, no long-term leases) includes a full suite of amenities: 24/7 building access via door code, free high-speed internet, water, soda, coffee, and tea, plus a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Enjoy our cozy front lounge with a TV and music, six private offices (first-come, first-served), and a free conference room with a presentation TV. Members can use our 900 sq. ft. next-door event space once a month for free on weekdays, have mail delivered to our address, and join happy hours and networking events. We’re pet-friendly (approved pets), secured with auto-locking doors and cameras, and offer two restrooms (one ADA-compliant). Coming soon: a patio overlooking Schneider Park! For non-members, we have a $50/month Virtual Office, $40 day passes, $100 weekly passes, and student discounts during finals and exams.
